Olive Eggers are a mixed breed of chickens. The olive color is established by crossing a breed that carries a blue egg-laying gene and a breed that carries a brown egg-laying gene. Our Olive eggers are F2-F4 and backcrossed to a Black Copper Marans, to achieve a darker colored green egg. Your chicks will have a 50/50 chance of either laying a green egg or a brown egg.

INCUBATION
When you receive your eggs, let them rest in an egg carton, pointy end down, for 12-24 hours before incubation. Do not put cold eggs into an incubator.
